- Recommend: A truly satisfying cup of tea begins with the best water. Use freshly drawn, cold, filtered water, or spring water when available. Bring water to a boil. Pour over one tea bag cup, allowing 2 to 3 minutes for the flavor to unfold to its fullest. Traditionally, Oolong is enjoyed without embellishment, but feel free to serve as desired.

From the Darjeeling Makaibari Estate, we choose large, twisted leaves that are partially processed for a light, nutty organic tea that retains the fruity, floral flavors so highly prized in Darjeelings.
