Chicken Base makes an instant, fully seasoned stock or broth for soups, sauces and gravies. Great as a rub. Also enhances scratch stocks and makes a terrific seasoning for all kinds of entrees and side dishes -- sauté vegetables to bring out their sweetness and mix into mash potatoes for delicious flavor without the fat.
